ACD/Digital Team for Financial Service Experience:
We need to add a highly conceptual Digital ACD Team (Digital Art Director & Digital Copywriter) to our 75 person creative team. The Associate Creative Directors are accountable for the overall quality of the concept and are responsible for assisting the Creative Director in leading the creative team to consistently deliver a compelling customer experience.
This team will set a strong conceptual and strategic direction for the project team based on the business need of our financial services client. We’re looking for a dynamic duo with proven ability to present and sell great conceptual ideas to the clients.
You’ll be managing 5+ direct reports on a financial services account. The work is primarily digital, but there will be some cross-channel and new biz creative opportunities. The ideal team will have proven expertise in the digital space, but that also have an integrated approach to their creative thinking. We do a lot of social media & want a team that knows how to build a conversation between active consumers and the brand.

Production Assistant: 40K
Overview:
The designer will be responsible for the day-to-day studio execution for clients and will also provide support to the creative and account teams. He/she will be expected to take direction from a conceptualized idea and execute multiple iterations while working closely with art directors and writers on staff. The designer will work within the studio department with other designers as an efficient, highly functioning team.
Description:
- Create mechanicals and release materials to printers
- Pull and scan images to set up mood boards
- Create collateral comps for branding/ad campaigns
- Create and format presentations
- Create logos, identity systems, and brand guidelines for clients
- Create marketing collateral (invitations, postcards, flyers, billboards)
Requirements:
- Portfolio of creative samples
- Relevant degree in graphic design/advertising
- Advanced in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Word, Keynote, and Powerpoint
- Extremely creative, 360° conceptual thinker
